WRAP is a Wellness Recovery Action Plan, a self-help and recovery technique developed by a group of people who experienced their own difficulties in mental health and worked to develop tools and strategies that could be integrated into their lives for improved well-being. The program was created by Dr. Mary Ellen Copeland, a writer and educator who advocates for people living with mental illness.
